Sometimes it can be eased a bit with the way your head is on your pillow. Or the balance of your bed. Also I use muscle and joint gel. It can be because of all the virus type that goes around now. The lymph nodes are working harder and swelling, which puts pressure on your neck, ear and jaw muscles

Sorry dat ik laat reageer, ben niet zo vaak meer online ivm terug aan het werk en merendeels zelfs fulltime. Ondertussen hoofd van een buitenschoolse opvang voor basisschool kinderen. Super leuk maar ook druk. #B12injections gaven mij uiteindelijk een 💝 nieuw leven met nieuwe mogelijkheden.
