Saw this book, There is No Antimemetics Division, immediately grabbed by title. Thought, this sounds like the SCP Foundation, so look up author, they’ve written a bunch on there. About halfway though book—LOVE.

I was very worried the makers of the #ProjectHailMary movie were going to change the ending that happens in the book, but after listening to their panel at Comic-Con I am not. They didn’t say that explicitly, but their approach to the adaptation makes me think they wouldn’t.

Watched Untamed on Netflix, mystery set in Yosemite National Park. Was V good and had more Sam Neill than Apple +’s Invasion *Spoiler* which killed his ass in 10 minutes after he gave a speech about his life’s purpose. LOL.

I’d describe V.E. Schwab’s Bury My Bones in the Midnight Soil as Interview With a Vampire x Bridgerton x The Hunger (awesome 80s Vamp movie). Entertaining escapist read and sometimes that’s what I want.

I think this is Pilosocereus armatus on Anguilla but not sure. Love the cacti in the Caribbean. And yes the water really looks like that, glows like a jewel, especially from 12-2 PM.

Black necked stilt, Anguilla. They have these crazy salt ponds all over Anguilla that are very specialized ecosystems attracting a wide variety of interesting birds. A+ country.
