In retrospect, every time I've estimated something, later I felt that multiplying the estimate by pi would have given a much closer answer. I think there's something there.

Is there an easy way to get, say, the max amount of memory a process had been allocated by the os during it's lifetime? Or would I need a separate process / thread tracking that?

Sprites are what got me thinking as well, the interface is still text, but I guess ASCII Doom is still Doom!
Would PS be able to draw a line? Or perhaps dynamically adjust the font size of the PS window? And, say, render 3 different color chars on top of one another?
