@support.blizzard.com Heyo! I have a friend who sold an important item by mistake on WoW. He tried the item restoration service eu.support.blizzard.com/en/restoration but it seems to be broken (Error 502 when picking a character, at least on EU-Hyjal). Do you know when it will be fixed?
