This is a cool one and it looks like a hairy golf ball. Each cluster consists of about 15 flowers with long, thread-like lateral sepals arranged in a circle at the tip of the flowering stem.
If you look close enough, you'll see a little bit of yellow in there too

I have the pleasure of reporting that my Bulbophyllum Medusa has bloomed.
The Bulbophyllum represent the largest family of orchids. They usually attract flies and moths, so sometimes they don't smell so good. This flower reminds me of corn silk

It just opened up this morning. This is a really cool flower, because it changes colors as it matures.
