I had a look at the schematics, it looks like a pain to integrate the soc into a design without spending more for bga assembly etc. Hopefully someone makes a low cost som for it.

Probably will use this to build a high current low voltage actively rectified supply for a hydrogen electrolysis cell.
I did build one as a kid after playing the Gregtech/industrialcraft 2 mod, but did not really understand how to safely get >100A DC so it wasn't that fast. And it had no separator.

Of course only now I just find out that there are antenna-in-package modules for distance which have FCC certs... the ones I found last time were only for human presence. Though they will certainly not have the required distance without a radar lens so I will have to try 3d printing some

Turns out this is just a XenP108Y board using a rebadged S5KM312CL radar SoC with the Hilink branding on the IC. The datasheet for this chip is pretty bad, its got no register description about how to set the BW or anything really.
