Imagine a congress where members could debate and vote remotely. Members could spend most of their time in their distrcts serving the people they are supposed to work for instead of eating lunch and dinners with lobbyists. Nah, their constituents wouldn’t want that, would they?

The state should be obligated to make this practical for people to do for free. The states are illegally disenfranchising citizens.
