I think two things can be true, I do genuinely think passive concentration is likely creating some market distortions but also it is being used as a crutch by active managers. I think you really see the distortions manifest around additions and deletions

I do think there are ways to maintain standards of care and introduce more abundance into the system. I don’t have an in depth knowledge but it seems as though a lot of the scarcity is from unintended regulatory restrictions
