Just saw a post about pole vaulting and now I'm stuck wondering how people find out they're really good at it, and if there are thousands of undiscovered vaulters out there because who bothers to check? That is all for now.

After a year of inspecting me from a safe distance my neighbour's cat finally came over to visit. This is more validating than any human interaction I've experienced to date.

I have a bad habit of responding to most messages with morning coffee, between 5:30 and 6:00. Then I spend the rest of the day hoping people don't leave their phones nearby/on when they go to bed.
