Hw long will Congress wait to act? Before the 10% tariffs? Before the 25% tariffs? Before military action? After? What exactly is it going to take? A Trump declaration of war against NATO? Will anything stop Trump? Is there a bridge too far?

And what about the people who let their current plans lapse? If Congress extends the subsidies, will they extend the Open Enrollment Period, or will all the people who let their plans lapse at the end of December have to wait until next November to enroll in a 2027 plan?
