Greg, I recall when this bill came out there was a media frenzy, t'was the first time the media took to the Gov over policy & it seemed like a reminder to them of who was boss, a 2019 PTSD trigger if you might.

The Greens should have supported this a year ago & campaigned for more housing with the HAFF in progress. With labor shortages we'll be pushed to build this amount of housing anyway. But better to make a start sooner than later.
