Yes, it was toxic AF, but also I have always had intense anxiety around communication. Unfortunately giving into this has made it worse AND atrophied my writing skills.

Trying now to shift from consumer back to producer!

I believe inertia will keep B2B SaaS going for a while. But eventually most of it will be replaced by larger platforms (operating systems for work) with tools and plugins cheaply produced by LLMs.

Ironically, the proof of this demise exists in new SaaS products being created at lightning speed.

Some amount of cognitive decline occurs with all new technologies.

Writing gave us books and shrunk our brains. So did maps and calculators. These were good tradeoffs.

What do we gain from outsourcing our thinking to AI? Is it worth it?

Hurricane Helene hit WNC 6 months ago, leaving tons of downed trees.

Now those are fuel for massive forest fires. Our house is 7 miles from the evacuation zone. 😓

How I’ll be spending Christmas Day

Started a business in September and then:

- hurricane helene
- surgery on eye
- kid in hospital for 3 days
- biggest client cancelled 1 day after signing

But I’m still here showing up for my customers!
