Anyone would have thought he's not really thought this through. Although obviously he has, and this is all part of his really smart master plan. Because of course Trump is the smartest president there's ever been, smarter than all the economists put together. www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025...

Dear Keir
Trump is not UK's friend. Any agreement with him is meaningless. I know you've got to be diplomatic to stop things spiralling (like they haven't already), but please stop appeasing &show a bit of spine. History is clear - appeasing bullies just emboldens them.

A sign of hope as people of the world hit back at American abuse of power where it hurts. Personally I'll be doing all I can to avoid spending £ on US products until this awful regime is gone. It'll take many many years for the US to recover it's reputation.

Your dignity honors the bravery of the Ukrainian people.

Be strong, be brave, be fearless.
You are never alone, dear President Zelenskyy.

We will continue working with you for a just and lasting peace.

"We need to remember that the villain is the war criminal President Putin who illegally invaded another sovereign country - Ukraine. A divided West only benefits Russia. Now is the time for more cooperation, not less."
I've entered a weird parallel universe in which I agree with Kemy Badenoch.

Hey Donald,
Just for the record, if you send your army to invade another country, you are the aggressor and the one starting the war, not the invaded country.
P.S. Please note, this applies to invading Greenland (Danish sovereign territory) and Panama also.

USA under Trump is now a rogue nation.
And a rogue nation who's only interest is itself.
Or future must lie with our reliable allies and trading partners in Europe. The USA is completely unreliable, as Ukraine has discovered.

Hey Keir, when I voted Labour, it wasn't so you could trash the environment or cuddle up to an extreme right winger. Feeling very let down.
Just thought you should know.
