Aside from variation between people (some big omenta, others smaller), I've seen several that had become adhered to the parietal peritoneum or other organs, presumably after inflammation occurred post-surgically or for other reasons. That sometimes makes it look smaller or wedged into a small area.

Wow. They didn't even try to hide the pure cut-and-paste nature of stealing the articles. Some even still include the internal citation of the source paper.
