25 years ago, I moved into a house. We had Max, a Springer. Fast forward 2 years and new neighbours. They complained that he barked when he saw a Pigeon on the fence. I laughed it off and said, "You'll be gone before Max is." They moved out 9 months later. Have a Vizsla now, even more bonkers. #DAFL

Depth of character is something that can't be taught, it has to come from the gut. This is one of the pieces I studied when trying to be an actor. This, along with Ken Loach's - Raining Stones, Mike Leigh's - Naked, meant I was going to be consigned to short comedies. Threads is a Masterpiece.

Did the London Marathon aged 39. Was 19 stones when I started training and dropped to 14. Used a method called Fartlek. Builds strength and endurance and ensures rest days are included. Time was 4:13. Did the Staffordshire Half a month before in 1:43. Keep it up & make sure you keep hydrated. 🏃 😀
