I don't know your context for this remark but I love it, I think both a) it gets used way too much in situations where it's unnecessary and b) it still sucks even in situations where it is necessary

What it is, is a sure fire *political* opportunity. Unfortunately the people with sufficient capital, even the ones ostensibly aligned with the right side, are scared of the implications of funding it.
