Mixed feelings for the new soundtrack of "Das Cabinet des Dr. Caligari". Karl Bartos wrote beautiful motifs, but basically turned a silent movie into a far too loud movie. With every frame drowned in sound, the result is a lack of dynamics and abstraction, taking away the viewer´s own imagination.

Ronan Bouroullec’s new book is another smart example of mastering documentation and thinking with photography. The physicality immediately alters the impression of what is basically his printed Instagram account, transforming it into a cohesive diary and future-proof back up for the analogue world.
