Notably, @royalpratt.bsky.social appears to have gotten his hands on the unredacted copy of the preliminary injunction motion seemingly filed in error yesterday before being deleted and replaced with a redacted version.

Here's what that bit looks like in the public filing vs. the unredacted.
In fact, Defendants used gas in a residential neighborhood multiple times without audible warnings, after residents protested their arrest of a person in the front yard of a residence. See Dkt. 140; Dkt. 140 at 1 n.1; Exs. 90-93, 95-96 (available at Dkt. 140 at 1 n.2). Defendants’ own videos show [REDACTED] (cite to an Axon video). [REDACTED]. The gas [REDACTED]. There was no threat when gas was deployed. In fact, Defendants used gas in a residential neighborhood multiple times without audible warnings, after residents protested their arrest of a person in the front yard of a residence. See Dkt. 140; Dkt. 140 at 1 n.1; Exs. 90-93, 95-96 (available at Dkt. 140 at 1 n.2). Defendants’ own videos show that one agent mocked a vocal but nonviolent crowd of protesters as gas was thrown, saying twice, "have fun!" and laughing at the protesters after the canister went off. Ex. 113 (Axon Body_4_Video_2025-10-24_1258_D01A2282F) at 6:35-57. The agent then yelled "throw another one" and prepared a second canister. Id. Similarly, one agent told another, "Hey, throw it [tear gas) for fun," an admission that this use of force was not justified by any exigency. Ex. 114 (REL 156 at 4:00-4:15). The gas did not help agents leave; instead, they weren't able to leave in their cars after using the gas because it overwhelmed them so much that they had to flee the block on foot. Ex. 113 at 6:47-9:30. There was no threat when gas was deployed.
