Obv the best QBs can balance playing within structure with playing out of structure, with the quality of the O-line being the fulcrum. What next dictates the in/out ratio? Quality route running by WRs? RPO viability and thus QB run threat? RB ability? [Alt ? Is it possible for AZ to ever matter?]
