Pointed a camera at news for decades, now doing mirror checks from the passenger seat
Oh dear. I think whoever wrote the review of dog friendly beaches in today’s iPaper has watched too many episodes of Vera.

I think I’m a time traveller.
Got a new kitchen bin.
Apparently it was made next month.

About to put it back on our Morpeth doorstep I looked at this milk bottle
Advertising a craft fair which was more than 30yrs ago in Kemerton (me too, Worcestershire)
Also embossed “property of Cotteswold Dairy” (Tewkesbury)
Has this humble bottle really been visiting doorsteps and fridges for 30ys?

A little Christmas present to ourselves has just arrived. An amusing reminder of 2008 when the Wansbeck came into our home.
Love this from @chrisvizdonald.bsky.social
(Available from Globe Gallery which has yet to move here)

Nice to see the weather doing what it should.
Late November, first proper wintery conditions.
Fond memories of the 1980’s WRC. The cars would head to Kielder, half would slide off the track. Hannu Mikkola would win.

Last rose of the year.

Had a frost in our bit of Northumberland last night.
It’s been cut, now a centrepiece for a family meal this afternoon.
