As a children’s music artist (and big fan of your music), I believe making children’s albums “for kids“ risks dumbing down the music - underestimating the children’s ability to discern good music from bad. It’s probably not about seeds or amount of oil being used; it’s about processing with chemicals (hexane) to extract oil from seeds, nuts, and such. So a person worried about “seed oil” might still eat sunflower seeds or peanuts. Avocado and olive oil are alternatives because created by pressing.
