The article is behind a paywall and I am not about to spring for access. But even if a police officer was struck by a PA supporter, no sane person would deem that grounds for proscription. It is NOT terrorism.

This is unfortunate for a number of reasons - not least, the damage to the Petitions Committee's reputation. But it has no implications for Scotland's cause. And there will be other opportunities to introduce direct democracy.

She has that in common with every other British politician. And more than a few of the Scottish ones. The biggest threat to Scotland's democracy at the moment is @johnswinney.bsky.social. People don't seems to realise the full implications of his 'strategy'.
