This was written poorly. I suspect that the intention is not for all federal employees to understand what they got done last week but for Elon to understand what they got done. That may be a tall order. Also, ask people to reply with bullet points, not bullets.

I wore home-made masks and then N95 masks during COVID19. It seemed the smart choice with so many people dying or being hospitalized. My #1 reason for thinking masks might make a worthwhile difference was hospital staff wearing masks.
