I’ll use the stock whorl to noisily finish my current spin, then switch to the more accurate printed whorl in future. 3/3

I measured the stock whorl by wrapping string around it, marking the overlap, then measuring the distance. The larger groove has a stated ratio of 8, and a measured ratio of 8.778. The smaller has a stated ratio of 9 and measured of 10.351. Production error maybe? 2/x

I definitely have plenty of string around.
