I spent awhile digging into this. It's a pretty fascinating example of coordination across a few different open source projects to diagnose an issue and find a path forward. Open source software and the communities that make, manage and support it are pretty incredible!
Slowness and liquibase errors.
If you use Liquibase with postgresql take care of the driver upgrade to version 42.7.5. It's what happens if you upgrade from @spring.io Boot 3.3.7 to 3.3.8
