Hah fair point, but there are lots of blue dots in the red sea that is Hanover County. And many Republicans don't want the chaos and inhumanity of ICE here either.

I'm down here in Hanover trying to block this sale and keep ICE out of our community. Thanks for putting pressure on Pattison to withdraw from the deal. Boycott and spread the word! ✊

Correct, only Hanover residents can register to speak at the Board meeting Wednesday... but your presence in solidarity with local opposition will still be invaluable & appreciated.

Many in Hanover strongly oppose ICE and this facility for ethical and moral reasons and many of whom are Dems. But we should be able to rally support from ambivalent Republicans, too, who don't want the disruption that this facility will bring to the community.

Down here in Virginia we're fighting to block this sale and keep ICE out. Thanks for bringing the heat to Pattison where he lives!

Good news: this isn't a done deal. Hanover can resist but county supervisors need to know that our community is strongly opposed. I hope to see you Wednesday night.
