That’s excellent. Why did you stop?

Just curious: what do you mean by “adult martial arts”?

That’s probably true but it feels off topic. Capitalism is great for a small number of predominantly white, predominantly male people but it hurts everyone else indiscriminately.

If I’m misunderstanding something about this, I’d love to know.

Maybe. But if we assume that bitcoin is an asset, which they clearly do as do I, then they’re just exchanging one asset for another. It still belongs to the US treasury, doesn’t it? And if the price goes up the way it has been for over a decade, then it could make a lot of money for the US.

Lowering yourself to other people’s level is good exercise. Or so I’ve heard. 💅

Actually, that’s not literally true. I’ll post the forms to you anyway.

Also, for the record, I absolutely have no intention of defending Trump or his Government.

I don’t know why you’re describing it as a “quiet swap”. My comment is really about the fact that many people rant about bitcoin without really understanding what it is.

Bitcoin is an asset with more real world value than gold. It is the most democratic currency anywhere ever. Don’t let the fact that a lot of right wing bros love it blind you from the real value of this asset and the underlying technology, blockchain.

Might be an idea to qualify when you’re talking about the way something is as opposed to the way it is supposed to be. Unless you’re trying to provoke a discussion. In which case, carry on. 🤓

I can see why you get paid the big bucks

Sure thing. Anytime.

That’s a big question. It’s a digital version of money that can be bought, sold and traded for goods and services. Currently it’s more like gold than dollars. The main point of it being that no person, organisation or government is in control of it. Got a more specific question, let me know.

Gold, silver and oil are all non-national currencies.
