Starting my morning off right with a workout. Zwift has, over the past few years, become one of my favorite winter apps. Riding the bike on the trainer inside is brutal otherwise, and zwift really makes it so much less boring.

This morning’s pre breakfast snacks are poptarts, and a banana!

While everything falls apart, we must not forget to enjoy the little things. It’s these joys that truly make the difference in how the day goes sometimes.
