This might end up the prettiest ride conversion ever. SM was intentionally imposing. I think it's interesting the days are gone where imagineering had to convey the rides thrill level outside. Now everyone can just watch the whole attraction from their phone before they ride.

The older wants work with a retroreflector on the wand and a IR camera with emitter (like a night security camera.) that is watching your spell motion. I'm guessing the new wands have some sort of NFC or other tech.
