Jist "finished" my first #warhammer unit in my quest for square bases. Speaking of bases, these need finishing, but I wanted to get the minis done before deciding how to do tje bases themselves.

Now I have the colour scheme, I think I know how I want to base the army.

Picked this up a while back when looking for the latest murderbot diaries book. Wasnt in stock, but this was just being put on the shelves.
(We didn't have anything else to avail of the offer, but my daughter also picked a book for herself)

Here's a bonus WIP of the dragon, before the oil wash stage to make it look really gross and zombified.

The adventure was fun, and the battle was pretty awesome. It used skeleton minions from @mattcolville.bsky.social as well as villain actions. The party had some retainers to even the sides.

Finally played the first in-person session of D&D of my current campaign. We've been going for a while now, but entirely online.

Wrapping up a story arc and having a showdown with a gnarly old zombie dragon. Had this painted since last October in anticipation.

Picked up a copy of Frostgrave from Firestorm Games in Cardiff this week, looling forward to giving it a go!
