Without saying "Just get through it" or without invalidating your suffering: That's how it feels for me, whenever I do such basic stuff like going to the groceries.

I feel ya. My own nails are crumbling apart, once they reach the fingertips. It's so annoying. I just killed my nails by polishing them.
Now I wanna try some built up gel-nails. Hope it's better and I still can play guitar.
