ALWAYS REMEMBER:
Wash your hands. (It might save your life.)
Eat well. (If you can't eat well, eat something, at least.)
Hydrate. (Any drink is better than nothing.)
Kindness costs nothing. (Neither does blocking those who are unkind to you.)

The Dark Brotherhood once killed a noble by embarrassing him to death with a public reading of his own fanfiction.

Whenever you're feeling unproductive, remember: your existence itself is a constant act of creation.

On this occasion, but also regardless of occasion, remember: Peryite says QUEER RIGHTS. Whatever is necessary to keep yourselves or your loved ones safe in the coming days, the Prince of Necessities endorses it.
(And if some pestilence takes certain bastards in near future, well, it's just natural.)

No work is useless work. Repetitive or even redundant work? It happens sometimes. Shared work? More efficient. Remote work? Some people focus better when they're alone and in a safe, familiar space. Dirty work? Thank you, few people would do it.

Could you not, please? His Pestilence is quite busy lately, and can't entertain every foolish adventurer who would accept absurd quests from a bluesky joke profile. And I would rather not have to stand in for him to get... gracefully blown with a sweaty sword...

It's all fun and games until someone is sick and you can't find anyone to fill in for them. This is why you should hire more workers than the minimum you need, and keep them all trained for replacement duties in their team. It's better to have people idling on standby than to grind to a halt.

Tip of the day: If you work with skin irritants or under exposure to elements, invest in good hand cream. I'm pretty resilient for a daedroth, and yet my hands still suffer a lot from wearing gloves and dipping into toxic stuff all the time.

Welp I'm officially starting crowdfunding for my research next summer. It will once again be with Smertekirken and I have no way of affording it rn but if yall could spread the word or toss a coin to your hooker that would be very much appreciated in the furthering of anthropological knowledge 🖤

Buckle down for another week. Take your meds. Drink your coffee. Dress for the weather. You will survive this.

It seems the things which sell the most these says have no lasting value and bring no deeper understanding of the world. You can change it. Buy interesting books. Support authors who put in decent, hard work. Use public libraries. Never stop learning.
Your friendly local cyborg is here to remind you that I wrote a fun and slightly unhinged chapter on transhuman ideology and Heathenry, which is coming out this month. Can't afford it? Ask your local library or academic institution to order it in!

Struggling with insomnia? Try listening to quiet, soft music, or if you find that too distracting, just red noise. If that doesn't work, at least close your eyes, slow your breathing and let your thoughts wander. Any rest is better than complete lack of sleep.

If you're sick, injured or in a bad mental state, slow down. Rest. Sleep. It will not go away if you try to ignore it and carry on. Healing takes time.

Actually, *don't* use the skulls of your enemies for this. Even properly defleshed, degreased and enamelled, they will have too many holes to properly hold liquid. Hydrate reasonably, using vessels made from materials approved for food contact.
DRINK WATER FROM THE SKULLS OF YOUR ENEMIES! IF YOU HAVE CRUSHED THEIR SKULLS, USE A GLASS.

If things don't go according to plan, change the plan to accommodate the new situation. If you try to do everything "as it's supposed to be done", you'll just wear yourself out.

And if you're not the warrior type, a medicated civilian is still one step further from self-destruction.

Friday reminder:
I'm sure it has been a hard week. You don't need to exist in high gear all the time. It's alright to just rest and let the world pass by. It will still be there when you go back into the daily grind, so don't worry and take care of yourself first.
