And the divorce would have been great. It could have been the only representation of a positive breakup in Hellaverse. The K & Q of Hell have proven they can be more humane than humans and some demons. Sigh.

Same feelings. Lucifer's huge AAA battery would have been handy if there had been a fight before, and at the end and Vox and Lu were dirty, their clothes torn, missing a clump of hair, and covered in blood. He would have opened the gates of Heaven and received an instant kick of OG angels 🫣

He won't befriend her friends, and he and Alastor won't find a compromise, and Veggie's name will still be a mystery to him because he's just stupid and loves ducks, because we all love men with no survival skills here. (What the hell, no!)

I have a terrible feeling they'll leave him like this. He'll disappear from the narrative since Charlie sent him away, and he'll only reappear to meet Lilith and be useless again while his wife rules Hell and his daughter establishes diplomacy with Heaven.

..Or like a grandmother who went crazy in her old age and can do nothing but play with ducks and watch TV series (all her relatives come to visit her once a year and swear that they love her very much, and then leave an hour later) um.

His relationship with the rest of Hell now seems like they keep him like a house cat, tossed into the sky when the angels arrive, and the rest of the time kept at home and they gone to work.

If he had some kind of deal or moral compass that prevented him from killing sinners because "they made a choice to be like that," cool cool

it sounds like he was too cool and cuz of that, the rest of the characters couldn't get their villain/the main character/daughter of the devil character arc, and he was nerfed by being made, well— Mr. Useless?
