disproportionately shut down at about 11.3% of stores being closed and putting the unionization rate at likely closer to 3.65%. I don't know where these shut downs are located but as of May I believe that Wyoming was the state with the highest unionization rate with 3 stores in Cheyenne being -

Overall the unionized stores only made up 3.9% of all 16,864 US stores according to their Q4 2025 financial report. However, this number included 520 stores they planned to close which also includes 59 unionized ones which means unionized stores are being- bsky.app/profile/more...
BREAKING: Starbucks just announced a $1 billion restructuring and will close 59 unionized stores — nearly 10% of union locations.

It includes the Roastery in Seattle, one of its busiest shops.

So according to data at unionelections.org/data/starbuc... there are roughly 655 stores that are now unionized numbering roughly 14,313 workers. Right now there appears to be another 41 stores with votes currently open.
