Most office jobs CAN be done from home. In the city where you live, near the people who cannot do their job from home. For lower cost than an office.

Fewer people in offices and in subways, but nearby if their presence is necessary, is a win for everyone except corporate real estate agents .

Cities, famously, have high populations, who enjoy things like parks, museums, and restaurants. Yes, people also work in those places. Those jobs cannot, in their very nature, be done from home.

Wouldn't it be neat though if you could work near your home, and have faster, less congested transit?
