Je n'ai pas accès à l'intégralité de l'article mais l'accroche est étrange : dire que les GAFAM grignotent les espaces publics c'est aussi oublier de dire qu'elles les créent ces fameux espaces numériques. Non pas qu'il n'y ait pas de question et ou problème mais ça ne se limite pas à capter.

On voit que le droit est devenu à géométrie variable : les obligations changent avec le rythme d'adoption et la popularité d'une application.

C'est une technologie tout comme l'impression des livres. Il ne faut pas non plus jeter le bébé avec l'eau du bain. La désinformation existe depuis toujours et on a des exemples récents sans IA assez marquants dont personne ne se soucie vraiment. C'est donc étrange comme accusation.

C'est une nouvelle manière d'accéder a l'information. Un peu comme former des gens aux recherches bibliographiques pour une culture de l'écrit. Ça paraît au contraire rationnel. Même si l'utilisation de "intelligence" est trompeuse on ne peut pas tordre le langage à nos désirs.

Le modèle de publication par revues et comité éditorial était (un peu) adapté à une culture de l'écrit. Dans une culture digitale (coûts marginaux de l'information et de sa diffusion nuls) ça tient plus route.

OpenAI a un chiffre d'affaire d'un peu plus d'un milliards de dollars par mois. Ce n'est pas négligeable surtout pour une société aussi jeune.

The more I think about the problem the more I find it not precise enough.
One question : how would the Oracle know that I am not able to prove the termination of any program that it is going to give to me? Meaning if I am smart the Oracle helps me unless my question is already the termination

Maybe this as an Oracle my goal is that you never learn anything so if you ask A and not A I give you P1 and P2 for A and for not A qi give you P1;while true do skip and P2.

Ok the problem is that both the Oracle and the player interact and adapt It is hard to control both.
Maybe the game in which questions are given one at a time and the version with all questions asked in a single list might differ.

But the machine that is given back depends on the question right ? Meaning the Oracle doesn't draw lots on a pre-determined set of machines halting/not halting before knowing the question ? If so I am sure you can be tricked every time.

So maybe based on this idea you can follow the arithmetical hierarchy and build an answer that depends on the class of the question?

There is this thing : imagine your question is the validity of a theorem. And the answer of the oracle is the search for counter example for the theorem.
Like the Goldbarch's conjecture : the Oracle gives the TM that is the program looking for a counter example... You learn 0.

I think that it depends on the class of Turing Machines that the Oracle provide.
For some class it is clear that the machine does not stop (for instance it enters an identical loop that you can detect). It means that the way the Oracle choose the TM has an impact on the answer of the global pbm
