Yesterday my dad and I participated in the Christmas Bird Count in Colorado. My group saw 22 species total, and while it was my first CBC everyone was very welcoming. I even got 4 new Lifers!!

After 3 months in Costa Rica the Fiery-billed was the last Toucan on the list...we were worried we wouldn't get to see them but then changed locations and we're graced various times with their company!
