As per this link, before this ep aired they realized they couldnt refer to Dr. Gilbert so they hastily dubbed in the name Delbart instead.
Seems they got it cleared before the dvd came out and reverted to the og audio but didn’t bother to update the title cards.

I remember a local indie that so desperately wanted to be an attitude/ECW style product (a heel had won a face’s valet in a match and kept her on a leash, etc) but literally the only people who were into the show were little kids who rallied around a face luchador (Julius Fantana?) just like this.
