Here’s an established, adult plant. It has likely fed thousands of times. Aren’t they just the coolest? Could bore with thousands of these pics… they’re endemic here and have a decent stronghold, barring “development” taking them all out.

This is #Quilldabeast, or Quill, for short. He’s a character. 5 years old and a mommas boy to the bone. He was out top-dog until Gamora took over (he never wanted the job, but rather inherited it). He’s of the coveted Earl Antonius line, and it shows. Great dog on the sleeve! Hits like a tank!

Gamora the Great. She’s a Boerboel pup (18 months). Despite her age, she’s the “boss dog” around here and always has her way. Fortunately, she’s an angel with a lot of compassion for her friends. She’s one of the smartest I’ve worked with. Her breed is the only true working line of mastiff dogs.

This is Sir Gawain. This is also his devil-dog stare, and the look a target gets before he sprints after it. In this case, the target is Gamora, my female Boerboel pup. They’re best mates.

People tell me all the time how harnesses encourage pulling.

I think my dogs are broken🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

Gamora, Quill, & Sir Gawain. It’s like a fight club, without all the injuries. Mostly just wrestle with human dad!
