Yeah, monopolies/oligopolies are bad for consumers. The only times it should be allowed is in the cases where it's a public good, has high barriers to entry, and can be regulated; for example: public utilities.

I'm not sure they are any worse than the other options. I guess what I am saying is I don't even know the "least evil" option.

I think you need to take Henri on a ridiculously long hike for that to work. Something like a Vision Quest; the rebranding needs a back story.

Mine aren't crisp like many varieties, and they aren't soft like a McIntosh; I can't think of an apple with this type of consistency.

I think that's the same type of apples I have, but I have no idea what type of apples they are - do you know?
