I found the secret to timing a grilled cheese. Preheat the pan, and as you put the sandwich in press play on the live version of Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me by George Michael. Lid on. When he says “Ladies and gentlemen, Mr Elton John”, flip it.

Oh that’s distressing! I had a very vivid dream recently that I woke up to a cat that I didn’t know walking on my bed and finding the cat distribution system had blessed me with that cat and her four kittens, I was delighted until I actually woke up for real.
