A third of people on Medicaid are children. 58% are children, disabled, or seniors, how exactly does he want them to support themselves? And the rest are very poor to "working" poor adults.

Well this has a snowball's chance in heck of passing. If you decide to prioritize the mother's mental health over the fetus, you've just completely repealed the ban. And Texas lawmakers are not going to repeal the ban.

I fully believe supporting trans people turned some voters off. I just don't think we should chase those people.
