In my small state of Maine, it is indeed housing, healthcare, electricity is very high, childcare has always been high, & yes, “the groceries” —they are high. And I can afford to drop 100+/person on dinner out easy and I notice. Services are high, tariffs increase my COGs which I pass on. It’s real.
