Thoroughly enjoyed two music classes taught by John almost 20 years ago at Benedictine.

There’s a star? Yeah, I mean it’s mostly just beer stuff. I do think a lot of the recipes have to tried to use local ingredients to try and connect with the “communal” aspect.

Obviously I can’t say for certain but I don’t believe it’s the same recipe but the one with parameters. A lager beer with over 50% American malt, some American hops and an adjunct. Goldfinger is local so it’s been fun to follow the project as it travels around the county.
