The Guardian had written a meta description that gave a very different (to put it mildly) characterization of the event: "Witnesses call arrest of video editor Debbie Brockman, a US citizen, by masked federal agents, 'absolutely horrifying.'" This is the description that appears on browser SERPs.

It states as fact something that was, actually, a quote from a Department of Homeland Security official. The actual text of the Guardian article makes this clear.
