Didn’t plant it but given the size, think it must be #Lepidozamia peroffskyana #ScalyCycad, not endemic to Sydney. But cycad taxonomy isn’t my strong point - corrections welcome.
(Fronds & cones are too large to be #Macrozamia lucida.)

Both #ElonMusk & #PeterBeck emphasised the importance & difficulty of increasing #launch #cadence. #SpaceX first launched #Falcon9 in 2010, #RocketLab has flown #Electron since 2017. Let’s see how they compared over the first 8 years.

To put that in context:
#SpaceX #Falcon9 launches (all, including first flights & #FalconHeavy). The dip in 2019 was NOT due to #covid, which did not emerge until year's end. It did, however, apparently suppress launches in 2020 & 2021, delaying the upsweep in cadence.

4/ SpaceX assigns boosters to either east or west coast launches & rarely swaps them. Current assignments & days since last launch show that east coast boosters are worked harder - turnaround time might be limiting the east coast launch rate. #SpaceX #Falcon9 #launchrate
