I will disagree outside of that last year he was still a highly capable and respected QB. That last year was rough, but injuries catch up to us all. I don't think his trade value was enough that it was worth shopping him. He should have been mentoring his replacement though.

As a Ravens fan, I agree with this statement. He is a great coach working with the tools he has to get the job done. People can downplay never having a losing season but it is a reason it means something.
