I dont know op's intent, but my immediate assumption was it was pointing out that it wasn't confusion over whether she was on hrt for transition or for other reasons that caused them to erroneously label her trans.

The stupidest part about the argument we should have faith despite their silence, is that it would be so easy for them to stop the questions and criticisms about their stance on trans rights by making a statement confirming their support for tlthose rights.
