They're not produced from seed, only propagated vegetatively. The original 'Night Sky'variety is bred by Selecta One, but other breeders have now "acquired" similar genetics and are producing a wide range of varieties with similar patterning on a range of colours.

I suspect we'll never get these in Australia, but I'd love to see some in person one day.

VAD falls under our universal Medicare system as well. Honestly the whole thing went quite smoothly and efficiently, even though it was COVID-times.

VAD - Voluntary Assisted Dying as euthanasia is described in Australia. Most likely a similar process as in Canada.

My dad used VAD in Victoria two years ago. It was the best way he could have gone. Lucky bastard.
