Its very bad what your current government is/has been doing! I remember reading during the last "election" the govt outlawed opposition parties to advertise, for example on the metro, but Orban used public money to promote himself there.

Fair point on the dual citizenship question. I think that it's safe to assume it's for Polish citizens, as dual citizenship between the two countries is still very rare.
